We specialise in the full lifecycle of non-contentious matters — from formation and licensing through to regulatory compliance, complex transactions, capital raisings, and strategic restructurings. Leveraging deep market knowledge and close relationships with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, we help clients navigate Bermuda’s progressive regulatory framework (including the Insurance Act 1978 and related rules) to achieve efficient, compliant, and value-driven outcomes in a dynamic global risk landscape.

  • Acted for the seller of an insurance broker and assisting with procuring regulatory approvals and notifications; and
  • Advised a venture capital firm for Web3 pioneers which assists founders build faster with capital, engineering and liquidity, in relation to the acquisition of shares in a licensed Bermuda insurance company also licensed under the Digital Asset Business Act 2018.
