Pupillage Programme

MJM Limited’s pupillage programme is designed for newly qualified lawyers who are eligible for call to the Bermuda Bar and hold the required qualifications from a British Commonwealth jurisdiction.

The two-year programme includes three eight-month seats across our core practice areas: Corporate & Finance, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client & Property. Pupils gain hands-on experience, build their skills, and work closely with colleagues across the firm.  After 12 months, pupils become eligible for call to the Bermuda Bar. The full two-year programme allows for continued development and regular feedback.

At the end of pupillage, we consider each pupil’s progress, along with the needs of the firm, when determining whether to offer an associate position.
