Mark Adams

Mark is Counsel in MJM’s Corporate & Finance practice group. He advises both local and international clients on a range of corporate, finance and banking matters. Mark has particular expertise in secured lending, M&A, real estate finance and Bermuda corporate law.  Prior to joining MJM, Mark worked onshore at Norton Rose and Clifford Chance, before moving offshore to a leading firm in the Cayman Islands.

• Advised KSL Capital Partners and Blackstone on the refinancing of the Rosewood Bermuda Resort at Tucker’s Point.
• Assisted Eurazeo with its investment in BMS Group.
• Acted for Starwood and GoldenTree Asset Management on the construction financing of the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, Bermuda.
