We have over 30 years experience dealing with employer/union relations including regulation of collective agreements, the conduct of labour-related arbitrations, advising on resolution of labour disputes, applications for injunctive relief and restraining orders in relation to irregular industrial activity and advising generally on labour relations legislation, including advising the Bermuda Government on necessary or proposed amendments to the legislation from time to time.
