This team advises in respect of all disputes relating to property. Such disputes can include boundary adjustments, easements and landlord and tenant matters (including rent-controlled properties). Our attorneys have acted for landowners and tenants and has provided advice in respect of residential property disputes and commercial disputes as well as appearing before the Magistrate’s and Supreme Court to deal with more contentious property disputes.
