De Waal Nigrini

De Waal is an Associate in MJM’s Corporate & Finance Team. His practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and corporate structuring. He has expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of agreements, from shareholder and service level agreements to asset sales and financing documentation.
