Our Banking & Finance team provides practical general advice and representation to lending institutions and corporate borrowers.

We have a well established asset realization and recovery practice for both secured and unsecured lenders. Our team has been engaged in a number of hedge fund cases, including the Madoff litigation, and has represented fund managers, banks, custodians, fund administrators, investors and corporate bodies in complex financial contexts arising out of the 2008 financial crisis.

In addition, our recovery and enforcement practice for Bermuda lending institutions includes a wide variety of cases involving the recovery of debt, the reorganization of distressed debt, mortgage enforcement actions, and unsecured debt recovery.
