Denis de Frias is a Partner and Co-Head of MJM’s Private Client Team and leads the firm’s real property practice. With more than 25 years of experience, Denis advises on a full range of real estate matters including hotel and condominium development, complex real estate secured financing structures, and residential and commercial property sales and purchases. He is recognised by clients for his pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to navigating Bermuda’s property market.
