Areas of Practice

Sorcha McGillycuddy is an Associate in the firm’s property, trusts and estates practice group and has experience advising on a wide range of private client work. Sorcha routinely advises on all aspects of non-contentious trust and fiduciary work, including advising on new and existing private wealth structures and succession and estate planning matters, powers of attorney and estate administration.

Professional Experience

Sorcha was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2019. Prior to joining MJM in 2024, Sorcha worked in an award-winning private client and trusts team in Jersey, having previously worked at a top 100 UK law firm in London.

Sorcha is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
