Responsibilities

Tracy is Managing Director of MJM Europe Limited and Quorum Limited. She is responsible for the on-going development of the administration offices in Malta and Bermuda.

Professional Activities

Tracy’s experience includes working in senior financial management and Company Secretary positions in the United Kingdom in addition to many years of corporate and financial management experience within Bermuda, Malta and other Caribbean jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Tracy is a Fellow member of The Governance Institute (FCG) and a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
