Telecommunications

This team advises and acts for fixed and mobile telephone providers in a wide variety of issues linked to the sale and purchase, operation and regulation of telecommunications companies. We also provides advice concerning administrative and competition issues governed by the Electronic Communications Act 2011 in particular with regard to the grant of integrated communications operating licences and associated spectrum licences and the imposition of ex-ante remedies under Part 4 of the Act. Our attorneys have written numerous articles and produced the Bermuda chapter of the Telecoms & Media Journal 2013 and 2014 which has been approved by the Bermuda Regulatory Authority.
