Defamation

This team provides daily advice to the local newspaper media in relation to the stories they are going to publish, including review and amendment of those stories. In addition, we advise individuals within the community, including prominent members of Government and high profile individuals within the local and international business community in connection with actions for defamation arising from adverse public comments published locally and abroad whether by way of print, broadcast or electronic (including social) media.
