Construction

Our attorneys routinely advise individuals, contractors and architects in relation to the drafting and interpretation of construction, contracts, including the AIA standard form of agreement and we routinely advise in relation to, and appear as counsel in, construction arbitrations. As part of this, we have experience with the instruction of experts and working alongside such experts in preparation for the hearing. We have also assisted clients involved in construction related disputes by arranging and being involved in mediation resolutions involving both local and overseas specialist mediators.
