Areas of Practice

Tashae has over 6 years of experience in the legal profession, and has worked in several areas, including property law, civil litigation, and compliance. She is a paralegal in the Corporate & Finance Department of MJM, having joined the firm in April 2019. In that role, she supports the senior lawyers in the team, amongst other things conducting legal research and due diligence, assisting with document collation and drafting, carrying out company searches, liaising with clients, and assisting with all aspects of the team’s practice.


Professional Experience

Tashae has both local and overseas experience. Having studied in the UK, Ms. Harvey remained there and worked as a paralegal for two leading law firms over the next three years, where she assisted teams of lawyers with transaction management and managed her own caseload independently. Having relocated back to Bermuda in 2016, Tashae has continued to develop her legal skills whilst working in the Attorney General’s Chambers and assisting Crown Counsel on litigation matters and providing mutual legal assistance to overseas jurisdictions. Prior to joining MJM, Tashae worked with a private bank on a Remediation Project as a Compliance Analyst. During her time there, she assisted the AML and Compliance Team on several projects.
