Prior to join­ing MJM in 1999, Ms. Mac­Neil worked with Ernst & Young in Toronto and Bermuda and then with the Office of the Audi­tor Gen­eral of Bermuda, ris­ing to the posi­tion of Assis­tant Audi­tor General.
