Insolvency & Restructuring
Our team has a long established restructuring and insolvency practice which regularly provides advice on bankruptcy law and cross-border insolvency issues, the enforcement of security, schemes of arrangement, work-outs and corporate reorganizations. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Members of our highly regarded dispute resolution team regularly appear in the courts (from the Magistrates’ Court to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council), before administrative and quasi-judicial tribunals and in domestic and international arbitrations.
